Cornell Kay, Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Cornell U. Kay is a Designin Egineer, Manager and entrepreneur by trade. He has been involved in several start-up companies and a variety of technology projects for the Aircraft Industry, like: Boeing Aircraft Corporation, Hoerbiger International, DB Design, including the Flying Car Project, the Rota Power Freedom (Rotary) Engine Development Project at Moller International and the development of the Intel Pentium 3 and Pentium 4 microprocessors. Mr. Kay was granted political asylum by the United States from his native country of Romania and founded the Eastern European Refugee Center. He holds degrees in Technical and Industrial Trade. He is a true and true Cybernist since 1999.
Brian Ames, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Ames is an international financial economist with 25+ years of experience in both the public and private sectors. He was a senior official at the International Monetary Fund and has worked for international organizations such as the World Bank, the Overseas Development Institute, and the African Development Bank and private companies such as ASA Technology, Inc. and the Capital Group (investment management). He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPA from Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, and bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Claremont Men’s (McKenna) College.
